By now, everyone has heard of the books titled Fifty Shades of Grey. 

With a movie based on the books in the works, I'd like to share with you my selection(s) for the role of Christian Grey in no particular order...

Well known as the child actor in the movie Road to Perdition, and the TV shows 7th Heaven and Teen Wolf.

Good Boy,/Bad Boy... I don't care! He's incredibly beautiful! Just get him in TV and the movies more!

Currently starring in the TV show Banshee.

Pictures do not do this beautiful man justice. 

Watch an episode of Banshee and you'll see why he's perfect for the role of CG, and my first choice.

Not Showering After Working Out - Don't Be The Stinky Girl!

For those of you who squeeze in a workout during your lunch break 

then return to work without showering, 

STOP IT!!!  

It's fantastic that you take the time during your busy day to dedicate to your health, 

but sharing your BO with your coworkers is just rude!

With a cost of just pennies per package and small enough to fit in most purses, 

buy yourself a package of baby wipes and quickly wipe yourself down before getting dressed. 

If you have the money for a gym membership, you have the money for wipes.

Gym Clothes That Reek! Don't Be The Stinky Girl.

Okay ladies, here's s sensitive subject that MUST be addressed: Gym clothing that REEKS! 

The occasional whiff of funk that bombards your nose while working out at the gym is disgusting. If you're smelling it, don't look around to try to figure out where the smell is coming from - chances are it's likely YOU. If you can smell the funk, those working out closest to you probably can too.

Working out creates a lot of sweat, which creates a lot of bacteria (especially in the crotch). Most washing machines can't clean well enough to remove the smells that build up from sweat, deodorant etc., especially if the sweaty clothing is left to dry for any length of time.

The way to avoid this is simply by soaking your workout wear AND underwear immediately after a workout, or prior to washing. Soaking your clothing in warm water with a little vinegar (distilled white vinegar - a natural odor eliminator) will do the trick. 

Now you have been told and you have no excuse. Don't be the stinky girl. Do it! You'll be glad you did.

Nike - Run To You

Nike's new "Run to You" commercial is disturbing.

It starts out with two lovebirds running, presumably to meet each other.

The man overexerts himself, keels over, and ends up in the hospital,
as the woman continues to run to him.

She jogs into the hospital, they share a hug and a smile, she hops into his bed, and his heart monitor flatlines.

End of story.

And this would motivate me to buy Nike shoes how exactly?
