MMA Testing

I can't get enough of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). 

Whenever I'm  watching, I always notice blood when it's been spilled in the ring.
This brings me to my question...
With all the blood and bodily fluids that pass between MMA fighters during an event, how often are the fighters tested for communicable diseases?
