Two And A Half Men - The New Cast

Two and a Half Men

It has now been a month since the new season of Two and a Half Men began, and I'm still not sure if I'm digging it.

The shows producers took a big risk in replacing Charlie Sheen with Ashton Kutcher. It feels as though the show went from The Odd Couple and morphed into Dumb and Dumber. The polar opposite personalities and the banter between John Cryer (Allan) and Charlie Sheen (Charlie) was the best part of the show.

The Odd Couple                                 Dumb and Dumber

I'm not yet willing to give up on this show so early on. I LOVE John Cryer and the rest of the cast, and I hope this show improves. I still believe that had the show replaced Charlie Sheen with John Stamos - a bad, dirty, sexy John Stamos - that the viewers would not have batted an eye at the demise of "Charlie".

John Stamos

Only time will tell.

"Charlie"...  you are missed.

James Earl Jones

Of all the talented and famous people I would like to meet one day, James Earl Jones would be one of them.

With that being said
and after watching one of his movies today,
am I the only one to notice that in many of his movies he always seems to be wearing a robe of some sort?

Here are a few examples:

The Great White Hype

Othello

Undercover Angel

Conan The Barbarian

Clear And Present Danger

Star Wars

James Earl Jones
You're awesome.

Il Volo

Il Volo,  meaning 'flight' in Italian.

Featured on American Idol, these three teenage tenors are about to take off in the U.S.
If you haven't already heard of them, go to your favorite music site and listen to a sample of their music.

Il Volo = Magnifico!

The Voice

The Voice - Love the show, love the concept.

There is nothing worse than paying hard earned money for tickets to a concert to see a favorite singing artist, only to find that the singer really can't sing and puts on a horrible live concert.

It's about time that the music industry hire artists with actual singing ability, and not just someone with a face and a voice that has to be dubbed a thousand times over.

As for the hosts of this show...  man, oh man! can they sing.

Thank you for putting some quality back into music.
